When searching for data listed in “Choose From List” window, it’s very helpful if we can use asterisk (*) inside the keywords.
To enable this feature, go to “Administration” – “System Initialization” – “General Settings”. Under “Display” tab, activate the “Text Search” checkbox.

So, next time you want to search for a keyword in “Choose From List” window, you can use asterisk (*).
For example : if we want to search items with description having “prin” word, type in “*prin*” and click on “Text Search” button. The result will show a list of items that has word “prin” in item description.
