SAP Business One allows you to set how many items you can have in your storage, by entering your item data such as: how much quantity will be needed, minimum, and maximum quantity. Keeping the quantity for each item will make it more practical, and if you have items that are very expensive, the lack of expensive items or excessive items is never be a good option.
For now, you can choose on your SAP Business One , you want to activate an alert/warning, and also set block a transaction when there’s a difference from your “inventory level” that already been set up previously on your Item Master Data.
