If you find it difficult to memorize the names of documents in SAP Business One, or you want to use the name as you wish, you can set the document names that appear when the user opens SAP Business One. By entering the menu:
“Administration > System Initialization > Document Numbering”
Then write as you wish the new name for the document you want to change in the “Change Menu Names” column
In the example image above, we change the document name “Goods Receipt PO” to “Penerimaan Barang”
If you have changed the desired document name then we click the Update button, then the menu that appears will match what the user has specified
