Alert management module is one of SAP Business One advantages where you can control and monitoring your staff about what they do right or wrong.
Below is the example, how to manage the alert for Sales team where Customer services usually give more discount than company allowed. In this case we will see how the superior will get the alert whenever their staff input more discount than 20% allowed.
As you can see the setting is translated like this: Jayson butler will be get an alert whenever someone create a sales quotation with discount more than 20%.
