Assigning Attachment Folder per User

If you want to add an attachment to SAP Business One, you can define an attachment folder path at the company level for all users. But do you know that you can also define it per user? 

Just simply go to Administration → Setup → General → User Defaults → Path tab

Then Define the Attachment Foder

 

If you already create the user defaults, you can go to Users – Setup and find the user that you want to set the user defaults
